Reservations

Services ordered for groups or individuals are confirmed after the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 10% to be paid into the bank account of Zwinkels Tours Cameroon
with Afriland First Bank in Bamenda, Cameroon. Account number 00787231001-51
Swift code of the Bank: CCEI CMCX.
Full payment is required 30 days before the start of the tour. We deserve the right to cancel any reservations for which the total tour price has not been paid by the due date. No group nor individual shall be handled if by the start of the tour, the payment has not yet been received
Within 7 days after receipt of the signed booking form or booking email, the passenger will receive an invoice for the deposit and the first installment of the tour price.

Cancellation Charges

Any cancellation of reservations by tour operators or others must be made in writing and it involves the payment of charges that vary with the date of the cancellation :
->>Between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of total payment due.
->>Between 60 days and 30 days prior to arrival, 75% of total payment due.
->>Between 30 days and date of departure or no show, 100% of the total payment
Should a tourist fails to join the tour, or join it after departure, or leave the tour prior to completion, or not consume certain services offered during the tour, no refund can be made.
With cancellation of airline tickets, the cancellation procedures of the airline will prevail.

Quotes

All quotes are provided on the basis of two persons sharing a room. Single supplements are billed for individuals wishing to occupy a room alone. Quotes do not include bottled drinks of all sorts nor expenses of a general or personal nature such as telephone, laundry, extras, etc, and airport taxes (500 FCFA for each domestic flight and 10000 FCFA for each international flight)
All quotes are based on the prices, exchange rates, taxes etc. known to Zwinkels Tours Cameroon at time of publication. However, the prices advertised are subject to change due to price increases resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the US dollar, gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.

Insurance

Passengers should make sure they have a comprehensive travel and baggage insurance before arriving Cameroon . This should take care of cancellations, lost baggage, medical expenses, etc.

Responsibility and Liability

The responsibility of Zwinkels Tours Cameroon and / or its agents is limited. Zwinkels Tours Cameroon and its agents act only as agents for the passenger regarding to travel whether by air, railroad, motor coach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying clients or in carrying out the arrangements of this tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incidents at sea, or air, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes. Zwinkels Tours Cameroon will accept no responsibility or liability for loss or additional expenses to clients due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services included but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third parties who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of Zwinkels Tours Cameroon and with whom Zwinkels Tours Cameroonl has no relationship as joint venture or otherwise. Therefore žwinkels Tours Cameroon shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services, whether same shall be the result of changes in hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, tour guiding or any other matter related thereto.All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Each passenger waives any claim against Zwinkels Tours Cameroon for any delay, inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths of persons due to the acts or omissions of said third parties. Any airline / transportation company concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances.

Zwinkels Tours Cameroon further reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the aircraft utilized, or the hotel accommodations utilized, or boat charter, or any other.. Each person is also personally responsible for any hotel expenses, theater tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any and all other items of personal property or services purchased by such person.

Travel Documents

Each passenger must have a valid passport and visa to enter Cameroon.
All persons are personally responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the correct documentation.
Zwinkels Tours Cameroon accepts no responsibility in case the traveller’s papers are not correct. All expenses involved are for the passenger..

Cancellation of tours by Zwinkels tours Cameroon

Zwinkels Tours Cameroon has the right to cancel a travel agreement between her and a passenger without being held liable for any costs or damage involved in case:
- the minimum number of participants in case of a group tour has not been reached and the
passenger has been advised by Zwinkels Tours Cameroon of the cancellation of the tour
within 14 days before departure of the said tour.
- in case of Force Majeure, i.e. cancellations or schedule changes of airline companies,
in case of political unrest, strikes and nature catastrophes.
In case of schedule changes of airline companies, Zwinkels Tours Cameroon cannot be held liable for possible extra costs for extra hotel accommodation.
In case force majeure applies, the passenger has the right to receive a full or part refund of the sum already paid.

Agreement to terms

Each person making reservations for or participating in a trip to Cameroon understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.
